1.1. Upload of "Calendar" Failed

After reading many forums concerning this issue and many people have this problem. The only resolution found thus far is:

In outlook, Go to Tools, Account settings, Published calendars then click
change account.

You will receive a warning, click Yes

It will tell you what you are logged in with, click next

Click finish.

Then a couple of different things have happened for different people:

There are no more published calendars, so close and try to republish, or it successfully uploaded the calendar after hitting finish.
